How can I go from a "beer gut" (NO not from beer) to a six pack quick?
I'm only 14 and I'm basically fat. When I take my shirt off at the lake though is when I'm most embarrassed. My gut sticks out and its REALLY hard to hide. Is there any way to go from this gut I have to a six pack quick? I can do a limited amount of crunches but am willing to push myself to reach my goal. My diet is changing and I have "muscle milk lite" in our fridge if that is necessary. PLEASE help!
muscle milk is for building muscle, your goal here is to lose fat, totally different
you just need to focus on a real good lower calorie diet and lots of cardio. You need to lower your body fat to get visible abs and doing tons of crunches will do nothing to lower your body fat, u cant spot reduce.
also it wont happen fast at all, if you have a gut it will take months of hard work and great diet.
