Last Light
How long do flouresent light bulbs last? Mine have been in my kitchen for over 8 years?
Are they supposed to last that long? I realize this is an odd question, but I didn't know light bulbs could last that long? How much longer should I expect them to last? They are 18 feet up so, I hate the idea of my husband changing them out, lol.
hmmm. Well actually, that is when we moved in, and the previous owners didn't say they had changed them, so its possible they could be even older than 8 years. wow. I better buy a ladder.
This question made me LOL! I think if they are lasting this long count your blessings so your hubby doesn't have to get up on a ladder to change them out. If you buy a ladder let me know what you find up there... could be that little einstein mice have taken over the bulbs and found a way to make electricity! HA! J/k...
I wouldn't worry, nothing bad could possibly come from long lasting light bulbs
