Linda Spoken

Spanish to English translation please, native speakers?
No online translators please they don't work - speaking from experience!
Miren - pa ' ka - qué linda está esa nena tiene los ojitos muy lindos!
This saying is definitely Latin American, in fact there are two probabilities: the person is from a rural location or lack of school education (pa 'ka is a vulgarism in terms of language structure).
The spanish language accepts and embraces Latin American colloquialisms but not vulgarism, which can lead to an incorrect interpretation.
Look over here! How pretty this girl is,she has very (beautiful, lovely, pretty) eyes!
Miren hacia aquí! Qué (linda-bonita) es esta (nena) tiene los ojos muy (lindos-bonitos!)
The person is so near to the girl that she/he can see her eyes, perhaps the colour. So it is this and not that girl.
