My New/used guitar seriously needs new pickups.What Kind do you suggest?
It's a Hondo Strat copy,and I was wondering if I could put Zakk Wylde EMG pickups on it and Gibson Speed knobs (I'm a novice,don't make fun of me please).
the czar is right, don't put that much money into a guitar, that you probably won't like the results of
Take the money and save it towards a decent new guitar,
You could put a couple Hundred $ + into the Hondo, and still hate the results,
You WON"T get your money back either, because anyone wanting the EMG pickups, won't want a Hondo guitar,
I will never give anyone a bad time,
that asks a legitimate question,
we all started somewhere.
